Where is ceo island in mabinogi

I saw on the wiki that Ceo Island has a black golem for a field boss, and that it has the potential to drop either white or black Rose Plate Armor.

Being low level and enamored with that armor, I wanted to take a crack at it, but I cannot get ahold of a command scroll for the life of me. Anyone know anything about it?

Drop rates for the scroll, whether it's been cut when nobody was looking, stuff like that? The scroll just tells you when and where the field boss will appear in the area, so you really don't need it. A single goblin named Muro guards the entrance to the island.

If you wish to leave Ceo Island when the Moon Gate is not open, Muro can return you to the last town you've visited. There have been recent reports of a widespread Golem activity, for reasons yet unidentified. It has also been said that Sprites of Ice , Fire , and Lightning form a triangle at the south-easternmost point of the island.
