The room was lovely and we all enjoyed it even though we were sharing with our 12 year old daughter. She really appreciated the bath and the lovely orchid in the vase by her bed. The La Siesta spa package we chose was very relaxing and enjoyed by all of us too. A very nice way to spend 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon after two days of all-day walking around Hanoi. My husband enjoyed it more than I am sure he will let on to his Rugby mates! The breakfast selection was very tasty and my poached eggs were perfect with the most orange yolks I have ever seen.

We also ate at the Gourmet Corner or the rooftop terrace for lunch and a number of dinners. We chose Vietnamese food for lunch and dinner and it was always delicious and beautifully presented. The whole experience at Hanoi Elegance Diamond hotel was elegant in every way, a wonderful place to stay. I have travelled quite a bit and have visited a lot of hotels around the world but the customer service my wife and i have received from La Siesta was absolutely unreal.

The Hotel and its amenities are all fantastic but their customer service just blew me away. More so i experienced this across 3 of their 6 hotels in Hanoi Diamond, Premium, Central and each employee working there was absolutely fantastic with all their clients. La Siesta will always remain very close to our hearts and we will only be staying them whenever we visit Vietnam.

We are extremely happy with La Siesta and would recommend it to everyone visiting Hanoi. Can't praise enough of the staff and service rendered to my family. Their service from bell boys to their managers are excellent. We have booked Diamond but due to our own booking mistake, we were not catered the room we wanted. The Diamond Manager Binh was extremely helpful and gave us 2 connecting rooms at their newly opened La Siesta branch to cater to my family of 4.

Staff at La Siesta were all very resourceful and accommodating. Very satisfied with their service which is better than any 5 star hotels. We strongly recommend the Hanoi Elegance hotels groups. I stayed at both the Diamond and Trendy hotels in Hanoi. Both belong to same La Siesta operation. Both were excellent! I booked by price so got smaller room, but it was clean, comfortable with complimentary items and amenities.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful and reception speak excellent English.. Diamond is more conservative in style, is very close via walking to Sword lake and its sites. Trendy is also in old quarter area but further from lake. I think surrounding restaurants and boutique shops made it equally or more fun to walk and explore.

Hotel also helped with seamless transport to Emeraude Halong Bay cruise. The Staff!! Your will understand why they scored high in reviews There are numerous hotels in Hanoi especially at the Old Quarters.

The differentiating factor, I believe, lie in their staff. From the time we stepped in to the time we left the hotel to head to the airport, 'Exceptional' is the word to describe the service of the staff.

As I came from staying in the famed Intercontinental Westlake Hotel before La Siesta, apart from the size of the hotel, La Siesta receives all thumbs up with their warm and personal service.

They make you feel at home as they recognise you and are attentive to your needs! As I have informed them that I would be celebrating my birthday with my mum, they gave me a very lovely cake and a decorated room, together, with staff singing a birthday song for me. I am totally impressed. I booked a family room, the room is spacious and clean. Very comfortable for my 4 night stay. Hotel is within walking distance to Shadow Puppet Theatre and the lake area.

Breakfast was great too! Now I understand why they scored high in reviews! This is my 3rd time at this hotel group in Hanoi already. Upon arrival, I could imagine of what to expect from my stay at La Siesta Diamond already. Everything seemed to be as great as previous experience.

Whenever the room upstairs use the toilet, I can hear the flushing water so clearly. It was annoying during the first night. After the guests in checked out, I found better peace.

The staff and facilities and cocktails! We arrived in Hanoi under a bit of a cloud my travelling companion had a bad chest infection and the staff absolutely bent over backwards to ensure we got to a hospital, she was comfortable, she had ginger tea on tap and that we never got lost and, considering our sense of direction I can particularly recommend the Bun Bo I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling for business or pleasure.

Wonderful, little hotel, close to the lake. The Covid crisis was just starting as we stayed there and we felt secure and well taken care of. It has a penthouse restaurant with views and a cool, roof garden bar. There was a very talented female singer performing while we were there.

Great dining and gracious service. As we departed they gave us a little handcrafted gift of a string of fabric birds. It was a sweetest gesture and, like swallows, if we ever return to Hanoi, we'd be happy to nest at the La Siesta Diamond hotel again. My husband and I had a great stay at La Siesta Diamond.

Located right in the heart of the old quarter and a couple blocks from Kiem Lake, you really can't beat it. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, great shower. But the real standout of this hotel is the staff- they really go above and beyond to make your stay not only comfortable but like you are at home with family. We had the pleasure of meeting the receptionist Anna on our arrival and she really took care of us, I'm talking walking us down the street to the best coffee shop in town and setting us up with 2 great tours, a night time food tour and a day trip to Tam Coc.
